How it works.

1. Make an Appointment

First things, first. Let’s find a time to meet and review your items. At this appointment we will review items and discuss the consignor process. Please be sure to read our list of ‘Brands We Love’ and frequently asked questions below in preparation for your appointment.
2. Consignor Curation

During your consignment appointment you can expect one on one attention where our educated shoppers will review each of your items and curate a collection for intake. Following selection of items, a consigner contract will be provided for review and signature. Upon agreeing on consigned items, we will provide suggested pricing within ~2 weeks for seller visibility.
3. Payout or Shop.

Review your consignor account at any time to track your items and their sale status. Upon making a sale you can request to receive a cash payout or choose store credit for the cash price +10%.

We are a high-end clothing and accessories resale boutique, not a thrift shop, so please bring only your best items.

Do my items need to be brought in on hangers?

Yes, We ask that all clothing be brought in on hangers. Your hangers will be returned to you during the consignment appointment.

What condition should my items be provided in?

Clothing must be current (in stores in the last 3 years), or unique, high-end quality vintage. Items MUST be clean, in excellent condition, free of stains, holes, smells & pet hair.
We have a personal relationship with all our consignors and clients. Whether you are visiting the store or talking to us on the phone, you can expect to be greeted with kindness and have any questions answered promptly.
Please do not take it personally if we do not accept your items. Our staff is trained to know what we need depending on trends, store demands & inventory.

Is there anything you do not accept?

We do not accept bridal or costumes unless they are luxury brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton or Gucci.
We are very seasonal. We look at Spring items March to May, Summer clothing June to August, Fall pieces September to November & Winter December to February (very select Winter items going into February).

How quickly will my items go on sale?

Your items may be entered a few days later & shoes/accessories may be added separately from hanging clothing, so don't worry if you don't see them online immediately. You will always get the full 90-day consignment period.
Your privacy is important to us; this is paramount in our business. We will never divulge your name to anyone-your identity is confidential.**
